At Kite Mobile, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every tech purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Device
Ensure the device is factory reset, removed from all cloud accounts, and securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
